My Clients

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My clients come from diverse and richly varied cultural backgrounds, which has deepened my commitment to providing culturally sensitive and affirming care. I am especially passionate about supporting women, parents, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Many of the people I work with are ready for change, but may feel unsure about how to move forward. My role is to serve as a supportive guide—think of me as your therapeutic GPS. If you tell me where you’d like to go, I can help you explore the possible routes. Ultimately, you choose the path that fits you best.

What to Expect

Our first session together is the perfect way to start our journey together. I will introduce myself and ask you some questions about what brought you in for therapy. We'll then dive into some questions about your history and what you want to focus on in our sessions. You will learn more about what to expect in future sessions and about therapy in general. At the end, I will provide you with a brief summary of everything I’m hearing, to make sure I understand your needs. You will also get the chance to ask me questions about what our work together might be like. I love questions and collaborating with you. However, it's also perfectly fine if you may not know right away where you want to start. The first step can be the hardest: I got you.
